Job Description

Responsibilities :

- To provide technical support to customers on a wide range of technical services and products ;

- To analyze the fault cases to find out the root causes of the raising trend of any products ;

- To prioritize the escalated technical problems and follow up actions to fault cases are completed in a timely manner ;

- To generate reports for management review the performance and highlight any abnormal figures

Requirements :

- Certificate / Diploma / Higher Certificate / Higher Diploma in electronics, IT, computer science or related disciplines ;

- 1 - 2 years’ relevant experience in providing technical support to end-users in electronics and IT system, experience on car park equipment is an advantage
