Responsibilities:

• Evaluate Consumer Electronics products (e.g. Headphone & PC cable, Mobile Cable & Charging, Gaming Accessories etc.) and communicate with internal parties as to their suitability of sales.
• Form strong relationships with suppliers to improve product quality and ease of use to drive customer satisfaction, reduce returns and minimize the needs for after-sales-support.
• Provide evaluation reports to relevant parties to enable good visibility and effective follow-up.
• Provide product evaluation expertise support to resolve issues from pre-shipment inspections and after-sales-support teams.
• Maintain log record in database to provide high quality of performance and good traceability.

Requirements:

• Degree in Electronics/Electrical Engineering or equivalent discipline
• At least 3 years’ relevant experience in hands-on product testing, evaluation and compliance, with buying office/manufacturing is highly preferable
• Knowledge in electronic design or work experience in R&D/ manufacturing / plastics is highly preferable
• Willing to learn, hardworking and good problem-solving skills with ability to think outside the box
• Good computer skills in MS Word, Excel, Outlook
• Good communication skills with different internal and external stakeholders
• Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Occasional travel is required
