EMS experience as A MUST

High-mixed Low volume experience will be preferable

Responsibilities: 

1. Oversee the manufacturing department
2. Draw up and execute the production schedule to meet customer delivery requirement.
3. Ensure the KPI of efficiency, productivity and performance are met
4. Develop and execute the yearly manufacturing plan to deliver the business objectives in production volume, manufacturing controlled cost, quality and safety.
5. Coordinate, set up and implement standard operating procedure for all production operations.
6. Manage the adherence to prescribed procedures to ensure first pass quality meets or exceeds planned goals.
7. Ensure continual improvement with overall quality of product.
8. Ensure complete compliance to prescribed QMS and 5S processes.
9. Evaluate staffing and skill-sets of manufacturing operations, develop plans to address needs.
10. Institutionalize manufacturing Best Practice Tools and Processes.
11. Establish manufacturing priorities and allocate the resources.

Requirements: 

1. Degree in Industrial, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, Manufacturing Science or Engineering Management
2. At least 10 years of working experience in EMS field or electronic manufacturing company
3. Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in supervising a group of mid or senior level professionals
4. Lean manufacturing implementation
5. Effective communication, Interpersonal and people management skills
6. Strong capability and rich experience in project/program management
7. Possess Excellence engineering knowledge & manufacturing experience is preferred
8. Fluent in oral English, Mandarin and Cantonese
9. Ability to drive large multi-disciplinary organizations, strong leader who can drive changes with persistence
10. Hands on experience in driving lean manufacturing and productivity improvement.
11. EMS experience as A MUST.
12. High-mixed Low volume manufacturing experience will be preferred.
