Responsibilities

• Supervise and monitor the progress of routine maintenance 
• Responding to requests on general maintenance and repairs
• Responding to emergency calls on E & M related issues and provide immediate technical support as required
• Hands on to repair / rectify the defects include plumbing & drainage, etc.
• Address and solve the technical problems in an effective and efficient way 
• Carrying out and duties as assigned by the Manager

Requirements

• Certificate in Building Services, Mechanical Engineering or related disciplines Registered AD electrician
• Extensive knowledge and experience in MVAC, E & M, plumbing and drainage works.
• Minimum 5 years or relevant experience preferable gained in property maintenance
• Self-driven, customer-oriented, good analytical and problem solving skills
• General spoken and written English and Chinese
