Job Responsibilities:

• Develop new business opportunities and pump up market share by promoting Valve-works to correlated HVAC, Fire Protection & Plumbing industry;
• Capable of providing solutions to developers, consultants and contractors independently for technical issues of valve-works including balancing, butterfly, gate, globe, non-return valves;
• Communicate and work collaboratively with customers and internal parties about customers’ requirements and evaluation;
• Maintaining good relationship with existing and new customers;
• To handle ad hoc projects referring technical submissions & after-sales services specifically on valves.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma (Engineering preferred) or above, with minimum 5 years' solid working experience in SALES OR BUILDING SERVICES ENGINEERING FIELD;
• Good command in both spoken and written English and Chinese including Mandarin;
• Good in MS Office applications particularly with MS Word, Excel & Chinese word processing;
• Good presentation, communication and interpersonal skills;
• Aggressive, able to work independently, well organized and willing to learn.
