Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support and change to network configuration
• Monitor & measure the performance & availability of systems proactively;
• Implement corrective actions identified to improve performance & service level availability.
• Analysis complain cases and provide resolution with customers
• Support normal operation and maintenance in core network platforms.
  
  

Requirements:

• Degree in Electronic, Computer or Telecommunication or equivalent.
• At least 3-5 years relevant working experience in telecom field
• Holder with CCIE and CCNA/ CCNP
• Good command in both spoken and written English and Chinese including Putonghua
• Solid knowledge of LAN & WAN technology especially OSPF, BGP & QoS configuration
• Hands-on experience in Cisco & Juniper products such as switch, router & firewall....etc
• PC literate in Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
  
  

Working Hours:

• 9 hours per shift (Working in weekends and public holidays is required)
• Working time:8:30am to 11:00pm (Shift system)
