Responsibilities:

• New process development, equipment optimization and productivity improvement
• Working with a team to design new automation production line, develop new assembly process
• Conduct Failure Analysis for process / products
• Handle new equipment on site set up and debug
• Makes recommendations for tooling and process requirements of new or existing product lines

Requirements:

• Degree holder with Mechanical Engineering / Industrial Engineering or related discipline
• Over 4 years experience in manufacturing field, experience in manufacturing engineering functions or process development / improvement for high precision component is an advantage
• Knowledge of manufacturing techniques and process control
• Familiar with mechanical design, machine automation, PLC control and system development
• Lean and Six Sigma implementation experience
• Fluent in spoken and written English, good in communication skills
