Job Description
Electrical Engineer
Exp: 10+years
Responsibilities:
- Prepare the business and technical requirement for the PMS Upgrade
- Prepare the complete Project pricing Documents for tendering.
- Act as a 3rd party oversight specialist to assist during PMS implementation
- Supervision of day to day site activities such as installation, testing and commissioning.
Required Technical Skill Set
Primary Skillset – Design of Power Management System (PMS), HV/MV substation automation. Experience preparing technical specifications, Erection & commissioning for HV/MV substations. Power Protection System
Secondary Skillset –SCADA/EMS/DMS, Project Management,
Skills:
1. Good Communication skills
2. Strong back ground in power system including power transmission, distribution and generation.
3. Power Management System (PMS), HV/MV substation automation.
4. Expertise in industrial communication protocols/ standards like
IEC 60870-5-101, IEC 60870-5-104, IEC 61850, OPC, CIM etc.
5. Experience preparing technical specifications, Erection & commissioning for HV/MV substations.
6. Good understanding of Power Protection Systems.
7. Aware of latest industry standards and technology trends.Must have more than 2 years of experience in Project Management and should be capable of managing the projects related to erection, testing and commissioning interacting with various 3rd party vendors.
