Requirements:

•         Bachelor's Degree or above of Biomedical Science, Nursing, Paramedic or related studies
•         Minimum 1 year solid sales or marketing experience in medical device/ consumables industry & knowledge in Computer Network or Hardware is preferable.
•         Experienced in serving ultrasound machine, patient monitor is a plus.
•         Self motivation, good interpersonal & communication skills.
•         Ability to work independently and under pressure.
•         Speak fluently in Cantonese and English.

 Job Duty:

• Provide sales & application support, training, troubleshooting, complaint investigation & solving, and consultation to sales force & customers for current & future medical devices such as anaesthesia machine, ultrasound machine, patient monitoring system, ventilator, & consumables.
• Support is given to customers and sales force by telephone or sites visits.
• Shows teamwork and cooperation with sales & services teams, removes barriers to productivity.
• Prepare training materials, conduct in house training programs & application support to sales force.
• Support the launch of new products.
• Collaborates with sales team to penetrate local market.
• Involve in pre & post sales support such as market research & analysis, tender documents preparation, & presentations. Join field sales call occasionally.
• Develop business plan with sales team leader & work closely with sales team to achieve monthly sales goal.
• Attend the seminars, exhibition or training (Local /oversea).
