Responsibility:

•         Provide sales & technical support, training, troubleshooting, complaint investigation & solving, and consultation to salesforce & customers for medical devices such as ultrasound machine, patient monitoring system, & consumables.
•         Support is given to customers and salesforce by telephone or sites visits.
•         Shows teamwork and cooperation with sales & services teams, removes barriers to productivity.
•         Prepare training materials, conduct inhouse training programs & application support to salesforce.
•         Support the launch of new products.
•         Collaborates with sales team to penetrate local market.
•         Involve in pre & post sales support such as market research & analysis, tender documents preparation, & presentations. Join field sales call occassionally.
•         Develop business plan with sales team leader & work closely with sales team to achieve monthly sales goal.

Requirements:

•         Bachelor's Degree or above of Biomedical Science/ Engineering, Nursing, Paramedic or related studies
•         Minimum 1 year solid sales or marketing experience in medical device/ consumables industry & knowledge in Computer Network or Hardware is highly preferable.
•         Experienced in serving ultrasound machine, patient monitor, network engineering is a plus.
•         Self motivtaion, good interpersonal & communication skills.
•         Ability to work independently and under pressure.
•         Speak fluently in Cantonese and English.
