• Deal with engineering team and supplier to develop new product
• Collaborate with brand & design team and supplier to develop new product
• Discuss & negotiate with supplier to ensure the quality
• Minimize the costing and meet our design requirement
• Monitor product development schedule
• Follow product specification
• Approve dummy / technical samples

We are looking for

• Diploma or above in mechanical engineering
• 5 years in watch field manufacturing with product develop and sourcing
• Familiar with watch construction; MS office; CAD software (i.e. AutoCAD)
• Willing to learn, able to work independently and under pressure, be a good team player
• Good command of written and spoken English, Mandarin and Cantonese
• Occasionally travel to China is required
