OBJECTIVES/PURPOSE OF JOB:

Act as key point of contact for customers. This role will mainly handle customer orders and enquiries on phone or through email

KEY ACTIVITIES/RESPONSIBILITIES: 

• Handle daily customer orders, goods return note and lens exchange request
• Liaise with delivery team for ad hoc order
• Update accurate and timely sales order to reflect the actual sales activities 
• Provide sales administration support for individual salesmen
• Answer customer inquiries and complaints knowledgeably and professionally
• Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned

Job Requirements: 

• Territory Education in Science
• At least 1 years relevant experience in sales supporting role
• Proactive, self-motivated, meticulous and hard working
• Good team player and strong interpersonal skills
• Responsible, self-motivated, cheerful and able to work under pressure
• Proficient in spoken and written English and Chinese 
• Familiar with MS Word and Excel, Practical experience on AS400(BPCS) would be advantage
