Our client is one of world’s most successful suppliers of raw materials with over 30 sites around the global and more than 16,000 employees!

Duties include:

1. Report to the Head of Commercial Operations Asia Pacific
2. Initiate and lead all strategic projects in Asia Pacific, from optimization of commercial process, business model development, e-commerce strategy to effective account management, cultural change etc. to drive commercial excellence
3. Interact with various counterparts from sales, product management to global innovation and marketing

Requirements:

• Full-Time Degree holder, MBA a plus
•  At Least 10 years international sales & marketing project management experience at sizable MNC
• Proven track record in engaging and motivating large, cross functional and diverse team to achieve projects of high level of conceptual complexity and multiple phases
• Good understanding of strategy formulation and implementation process
• Articulate and professional presentation in English; Mandarin and Cantonese preferred
• Good Proficiency in MS Office and ERP system
