The Job

• Assist the Production Manager in daily operations and management of Production Section, e.g. production schedule, logistics and warehouse management
• Work closely with QA, QC and E&M Sections to achieve company’s goals on productivity and quality
• Monitor and perform the aseptic processes during production operations
• Monitor the equipment, cleanroom and warehouse according to the approved GMP procedures
• Review and prepare the related documents, e.g. SOPs, qualification and validation protocols and reports, daily records and reports
• Monitor and manage vendor of production materials.
• Participate in vendor management, deviation management, change control management
• Other duties as assigned by management 

The Person 

• Degree or above in Pharmaceutical Science / Biochemistry / Chemistry / Biology or related life science disciplines
• With at least 2 years of biotechnology / pharmaceutical GMP work experience
• Experience and knowledge in sterile or biological products manufacturing and process validation would be an advantage
• A self-starter, willing to learn, meticulous and hardworking
• With good interpersonal skills
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese; Putonghua is an advantage
• Travelling to PRC and overseas as well as stationing for a short period may be required
• Immediately available is preferable
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Production Supervisor
