Our client - a Fortune 100 corporation with strong establishment in Asia Pacific - is sincerely inviting footwear quality professionals to join them as (Senior) Quality Manager - Footwear.

About the ROLE:

• Support new footwear vendor and factory to get on-board by vetting facility capabilities and capacities and providing feedback on viability of potential suppliers, etc.
• Develop and document internal & external processes and drive continuous program improvements that align with long term strategies and business plans.
• Ensure 3^rd party auditor comply with company's process and requirements
• Determine and forecast the budget for 3^rd party auditor activity; collaborates with scheduling team to ensure it's within budget.
• Shadowing and participating in 3^rd party activities to ensure core foundational activities are properly conducted
• Validate vendor/factory accountability to corrective action plans through factory audit
• Conduct analysis & calibration assessments on activity results and develop action plans to address deviations.

What we look in YOU:

• Degree or above
  
• At least 6 years experience in footwear technical, quality management or manufacturing
• Solid knowledge in footwear technical requirements and manufacturing processes
• Familiar with QC/QA processes and procedures
• Experience in managing 3^rd party audit firm
  
• Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills with ability to work across all functional teams
• Fluent in English & Mandarin
• Frequent travel is required
