Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Be a member in the team to provide managed service to the enterprise
- Execute change on the network and security infrastructure and deliver the daily operation activity
- Work towards defined Service Level Agreement
Requirements:
- Higher Diploma or above in Computer Science or related discipline
- Preferable with CCNA or vendor certification
- Hands-on experience in Routing and Switching and Firewall
- Good command of both written and spoken English
- Should be hardworking and willing to learn
- Less experience would be considered as Assistant Service Engineer
