Job duties:

• monitor and support of access network to resolve service issue;
• report network system errors;
• provide technical support and handle customers complaints;
• interdepartmental communication and technical support;
• ad hoc duties when necessary.

職責：

• 接聽及處理技術或系統故障有關的客戶投訴;
• 與不同的部門協調以提供技術支援;
• 在必要時處理特設職務。

Requirements: 

• diploma in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Telecommunication or related disciplines;
• 2-year experience in telecommunication or computer network industry;
• good command of both spoken & written English and Chinese (including Putonghua);
• excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
• round-the-clock (24x7) shift duty is required.

*Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Engineer.

Salary range: $13,000 - $17,000
