Responsibilities

• Monitoring the stock level to ensure achievement of inventory stock turn targets and sales
• Support sales & purchasing activities on procurement and inventory flow
• Be responsible for product sourcing, seeking quotation, price & contractual terms negotiation and order follow up with vendors
• Maintain and update the vendor database
• Investigate issues with products and suppliers, and coordinate for a solution
• Assist in ad-hoc tasks as assigned

• Supplier’s management of enquires for new project of keyboard and mouse
• Handle supplier inspection, logistic and delivery schedule for the current order

Requirements

• Diploma / Degree holder in Mechanical / Manufacturing / Electronics Engineering or relevant disciplines
• At least 3 years relevant experience in technical sourcing and prototyping of parts or off-self goods
• Knowledge in quality standards (ISO, RoHS, REACH, CE, FCC…etc.)
• Industry exposure in products with silicone rubber / metal dome / adhesives and manufacturing process of graphic overlay / silk printing / plastic tooling is a definite advantage
• Efficient user in PC skills such as MS Office applications and AutoCAD
• Proactive, good communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Good command of English (both written and spoken) and Chinese including Mandarin.
• Work location in Lai Chi Kok and regular travel to China is needed.
