Job Description
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- The Senior Electrical Engineer works within one of the product teams
- S/he will be responsible for the development of functions or features to improve or speed-up existing equipment with limited investments
- Work closely with the customer, defining requirements and study the feasibility
- Lead the development activity and estimate the time required and the cost involved
- Document related developments and designs
- Support customer and suppliers in case of technical issues
YOUR PROFILE
- University graduate MSc/ BSc in Electrical Engineering
- With more than 5 years proven skills / experience in high performance system design, semiconductor packaging or related assembly processes
- Possesses any of the following skills: CAD design, Product data management, Simulation tooling (MATLAB, Spice, etc), Electrical circuit design
- Good interpersonal skills and able to deliver results through determination and team-work
- Excellent communication skills with fluency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin are preferred
- Mature, with customer oriented, proactive, solution oriented attitude
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, 8D experience is preferred
- Able to work independently and under pressure
