Responsibilities

• Liaise with customers for product requirements and specification;
• Work closely with factory to ensure the new products are developed according to the product specification;
• Coordinate with the customers and the factory in the product development, from idea to shipment;
• Propose continuous improvement initiatives based on both internal and external findings/feedback;
• Prepare the progress reports to management;
• Support customers’ audit preparation;
• Complete other ad-hoc tasks as assigned;
• Candidates with less experience will be considered as Product Development Coordinator.

 
Requirements

• Degree in Engineering or Manufacturing;
• 2 years and above relevant working experience in the field of product development or merchandising;
• Proficiency in written & spoken English & Mandarin;
• Willing to travel in China and overseas;
• Familiar with ISO standard is an advantage;
• Knowledge in REACH regulation and RoHS is preferable;
• Self-motivated, independent and strong sense of responsibility;
• Ability to complete multiple tasks with varying levels of priority;
• Capable to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
