The job encompasses the following responsibilities:

• Meet / exceed Sales budgets in booking and billing
• Maintain and increase market share in targeted accounts and review new business opportunities with management on regularly basis
• Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports and update the upside opportunity and downside risks with details information
• Review hub inventory versus Customer’s forecast
• Update forecast to meet customer’s production upside and well manage inventory level to minimize S&E
• Work closely and communicate well with CS team to achieve the highest level of customer’s satisfaction
• Update and maintain high degree of accuracy in CRM on weekly basis
• Provide market intelligence to GAM/OEM teams on regular basis to capture “low hanging fruits” and increase market share
• Exploit every available TAM (Total Available Market) conversion opportunities for additional revenue
• Bridging effective communication flow between Customer/End Customer and Molex, in resolving/tackling problems/issue may cause Molex’s revenue/profit
• Diligently assist Sales Management in budgeting process
  
  

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree in Engineering or Science preferred, other disciplines would be considered if relevant experience possessed
• At least 3 years Electronics or Components sales experience, preferably gained from MNCs
• Familiar with Windows operation environment, internet literal, MS Office, SAP system
• Resilient, adaptive personality with problem solving mind-set
• Excellent both written & spoken English & Mandarin
