T'way Air is looking for a candidate to take the new position of Sales Representative for Key account management in Hong Kong. You should be fluent in Cantonese as well as English conversation. Basic knowledge on handling CRS such as reservation & ticketing and Korean language will be preferred.

Key responsibilities and tasks (Sales & Marketing)

• Set up and promote tour products with travel agencies
• Sales data management. Set up airfare and group seat distribution plan for travel agencies.
• Maintain relations with travel agencies, government department and co-ordinate with other departments within the company
• Obtain market intelligence, other airlines' action in order to identify market trend and formulate appropriate products
• Develop the market, develop the sales plans, innovate sales strategies, surpass revenue targets
• Actively seeking out new business opportunities through trade networking and social media
• Conduct market research to identify business opportunities

Qualifications / Experience

• Degree holders (Candidate with less qualification but with previous experience will also be considered)
• With a minimum of 1~2 year of relevant work in the airline industry or similar field such as travel agency, with a good track record of sales achievement and strategic planning.
• Self–starter, Strongly motivated and result-orientated
• Able to adopt various interpersonal styles to work effectively with a wide range of colleagues and customers
• Able to collect all relevant information and analyze complex problems and issues
• Strong sense of responsibility.
