Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming phone call enquiries from customers
  • Process requests for reservations, amendments and cancellations
  • Manage customer interaction, identify needs and handle complaints

 Requirements

  • Diploma level or above
  • 1 Year of customer service experience (fresh graduates with part-time experiencewill also be considered)
  • Good Command of spoken English and Mandarin
