Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Assist Senior Manager/ Group Operations in business development, opportunity analyses and new initiatives of the Mainland China market
  • Screen potential business deals by analysing market strategies, business requirements, potential and finances
  • Conduct research, data and opportunity analyses on potential opportunities and interpret customer, market and competitor insights
  • Lead and coordinate with functional departments and airport authorities to prepare, edit and consolidate tendering documents, as well as assist in writing business proposals
  • Close new business deals by complying with requirements, developing and negotiating contracts, integrating contract requirements with business operations
  • Reinforce market position by locating, developing, defining, negotiating and closing business deals opportunities or relationships
  • Coordinate with Mainland China operations to ensure efficient and smooth operations
  • Assist in setting up new operations and formulate operations plans to ensure successful opening within the required timeline and budget
  • Other ad hoc projects as assigned

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree in related discipline (Business Administration, Aviation Management, Hospitality Management preferable)  with at least 5 years of relevant experience in handling tender and RFP
  • Knowledge in aviation / hospitality / property leasing is a definite advantage
  • Experiences in pre-opening project management and coordination
  • Strong business acumen and detail-going
  • Energetic personality and strong presentation skills with an analytical mind
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications, including Chinese word processing
  • Fluent in Putonghua and excellent in spoken and written Chinese and English
  • Business travelling is required
