Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Create and supervise online tagging and tracking policy across all markets
- Conduct customer data analyses and reports to provide actionable insights
- Perform constant A/B testing on website design, messaging or user interface to improve overall web performance
- Be the super user of CMS (Content Management System) and web analytics tool and train local and global Marketing team members on usage
- Partner with Marketing Communications & Sales to maintain website content including promotion, product information and pricing etc
- Partner with Marketing Communications to track, analyze and optimize all digital marketing effort
- Partner with IT, supervise and facilitate API connectivity with OTAs and any online affiliates to support sales and marketing development
- Support various CRM development, planning and execution, including but not limited to system integration, data management, customer acquisition, segmentation, retention and other CRM campaigns
- Support business owners and Branding in developing brand website(s)
Job Requirements:
- University degree in Marketing, E-commerce Management or a relevant discipline with minimum 3-5 years of working experience in ecommerce or CRM operations across travel, hospitality industry or related field
- Experience in web analytics tools such as Google Analytics is a must
- Experience in CMS, CRM or Marketing Automation software, such as Salesforce.com, Microsoft Dynamics, Marketo, and Pardot is a plus
- Excellent in creating data analysis, reports and dashboards with actionable insights
- Highly analytical, data-driven, result-driven, sensitive to digital & technology trends
- Good communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
- Excellent project management, time management, people management a must
- Team player yet able to work independently
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese is a must
- Candidates with more experience will be considered as Assistant Manager
