Responsibilities:

• Provide all-round support to operations under specific region/ country to ensure efficient and
  smooth operations.
• Coordinate with airlines / airline alliances’ representatives at the Headquarters’ level to
  provide operation support.
• Assist the operations and ensure overseas teams comply with the Company policies and procedures.
• Coordinate and conduct regular review with internal departments on Plaza Premium Lounge
  (“PPL”) Brand Policy, Service Standard and Key Performance Indicators and its associated internal
  operation auditing methodology.
• Conduct PPL operation audit to global PPL outlets, work out audit reports and improvement plans for
  Management’s review
• Ensure PPL’s Standard Operation Procedures (“SOP”) are maintained and updated according to
  latest PPL Brand Policy
• Responsible for the centralization and custody of SOP of each PPL outlets
• Assist in the tender preparation process as required and business development process including contract renewal and commercial negotiation
• Setting up new operations and formulate operations plans to ensure successful opening
  within the required timeline and budget
• Review and work out improvement plans for PPL product proposition
• Assist the local Airline's person-in-charge to work out the improvement plans
• Assist in the preparation of the departmental budget and business plan and administrative support
• Participate in ad-hoc projects/assignments as instructed by the superiors

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree preferably in Business Administration, Aviation Management, Hospitality Management or related disciplines
• Minimum 6 years of work experience in aviation or hotel operations
• Experience in project management, formulate of manual and business administration is an advantage
• Capability to work under pressure and prioritize work with excellent time management skill
• Attention to details, high efficiency, with good planning skill and business sense
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with an analytical mind
• Strong Initiative, multi-tasking capability and positive attitude towards problem solving
• Excellent word processing skill and proficiency in MS Office is essential
• Fluent in Putonghua and excellent in spoken and written English and Chinese
