Requirements

• Degree or Higher Diploma holder
• 1-2 years working experience in guest relations or customer service
• Prior exposure in hospitality or aviation industry is highly preferred
• Self-initiative, dynamics, detail-minded with good interpersonal skills
• Good command of spoken & written English, Mandarin is a plus
• Conversant with computer skills in using Microsoft Office
• Fresh graduates in Hospitality Studies will also be considered

Responsibilities

• Responsible for all aspects of guest relations support in a tactful and courteous manner
• Effectively handle incoming enquires, identify needs and provide appropriate solutions
• Work closely with internal departments on resolving requests and complaints
