職責:
- 監控負責區域水吧之日常運作及成本控制
- 負責所屬區域內員工之培訓及日常監督
- 確保出品合乎公司要求及品質(包括衛生)
- 提升及改良現有産品，及新産品研發
要求:
- 需具10年或以上水吧工作及管理經驗
- 有連鎖餐飮集團工作經驗優先考慮
- 熟悉水吧產品製作及研發
- 良好溝通技巧，具領導才能，有效帶領團隊工作
- 須勤奮、有責任感

Founded in 1989, Tai Hing Catering Group transforms from a roastry shop to now one of the largest F&B chain restaurants in Hong Kong and Greater China. The Group owns several renowned brands, including Tai Hing, TeaWood, TCK Congee, and other Japanese restaurants, managing about 100 outlets in Hong Kong.
