Responsibilities

-  To answer general enquiries/complaints ;

- To assist Superiors to monitor the operation, deployment and individual performance;

- Report to the superiors for any irregularities and record on the log book accordingly;

- To control and monitor the CCTV screens, the fire control and other alarm panels;

- To control and record the contractors' work at the building; and

- Any other ad-hoc duties as required. 

 Requirements

 - F.5 or above

 - Good command of spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin is preferable

 - Smart, good bearing and presentable

 - Basic computer knowledge is required

 - Mature, problem solving oriented and good communication and interpersonal skills

 - Good customer service mindset

 - Shift duty is required for certain post

 - Holder of valid QAS certificate and Security personnel permit (SPP)

 - 2 years of relevant work experience is preferable

Working Location: Luxury Residential Property in Olympic Station / TKO

(Salary $16,900 to $21,000/month)
