職責：

1) Handle hotlines’ enquiries ;
2) Provide travel advices on air tickets, hotels, packages and other travel related issues;
3) Execute bookings in an efficient, accurate and professional manner;
4) Solicit and retain clients with professional customer service skills;

資歷要求：
1) (HKCEE/HKDSE)level or above, preferably with Certificate or Diploma in Travel and Tourism, or related discipline;
2) At least 1 year relevant experience in travel industry;
3) Hand-on experience in reservation and ticketing;
4) Proficiency in PC knowledge (MS Word, Excel,Powerpoint and Abacus system);
5) Posses good communication, presentation and customer service skills;
6) Able to work under pressure and independently;
