Job Summary:

We are urgently looking for a high caliber candidate who is well organized, a quick learner, and able to work diligently with a sense of urgency.

Job Duties:

• Prepare and schedule travel arrangements including air and rail transport, local ground transportation arrangements between hotel and venue
• Assist in hotel booking for the entire concert crew with regards to environment, service standard, facilities and comfort
• Prepare call times/sheets; pick up and send off crew members at airport/venue/hotel
• Perform other tasks as required by immediate supervisor (the Tour Manager)

Requirements/Experience:

• Self-motivated, resourceful and able to handle multiple tasks under strict deadlines
• Good team player with pleasant and amiable personality
• Fluent Putonghua and Cantonese; able to communicate in English with foreigners
• Proficient in PC skills
• Minimum 1 year’s relevant work experience
• Experience in event management/entertainment/tourism/etc preferred
• Be prepared to travel to Mainland China and overseas, and to work weekends
• Must be available in November 2017
