Job Descriptions 

• Solicit new and existing accounts in assigned territory to meet/exceed personal revenue and lead generation goals as well as goals for sales activity through telephone solicitation, outside sales calls, customer presentations, site inspections and written communication
• Implement strategies in assigned territory that sell the Integrated Resort’s unique assets
• Attend trade shows, community events and industry meetings and professionally represent the hotels in community and industry organizations. Regular travel may be required
• Participate in weekly/monthly conference calls and on-property meetings, training, site inspections, pre-convention meetings and other sales-related meetings as required
• Liaise with Revenue Management on dates, rates and blocks to maximize revenue opportunities
• Communicate with regional sales team regarding levels of business from each region and jointly develop strategies to win more business
• Responsible for ensuring accurate input, maintenance and management of all assigned accounts and groups Delphi
• Work with other departments within the hotel to provide superior service quality to customers
• Additional duties as necessary and assigned

 Job Requirements

• Diploma Degree, preferred Hotel Management/Tourism
• Minimum 3 to 4 in a sales role within the tourism or hospitality industry
• Proficiency in languages other than English, Cantonese and Mandarin are an Advantage
• Experience in use of Sales and Catering Management system, Delphi is preferred
• Knowledgeable and proficient in Windows, Excel and Word
• Possess excellent organizational skills to manage several tasks at once
• Possess excellent interpersonal, communication, customer service and problem-solving skills
