Job Description

Responsibilities:

Responsible for ensuring that all raw materials well received and set SOP of receiving &issuing
Provide support to the Assistant Production Manager and Factory QC
Monitor and ensure that stock level of products is in line with the ordering
Ensure that the raw material processes are organized in an efficient manner
Liaise with purchasing dept on the frequency of raw material to be ordered
Ensure all raw materials are within expiry or use by date
Ensure all stocks must practice first in first out(FIFO)
Ensure that warehouse personal are properly attired
Ensure that the warehouse area is clean and tidy according to Hygiene requirements

Requirements:

Diploma or Bachelor holder of Food technology, Food & Nutrition
3 year or above experience in food manufacturing/ food industry;
Knowledge of Occupational Safety and Health Ordinance
Knowledge in the control of food hygiene and safety
Immediate available preferred
