About Our Client (PR Agency) & Job Description 

Our client, one of the PR Agencies ,is now looking for a Japanese speaking Event Management Executive to join their Team. The job duties are as follows:

• Coordinator different events/exhibitions with Japanese clients
• Calendar management, schedule appointments and make arrangements for meetings;
• Work with different parties
• Perform Japanese to Chinese or English translation ;
• Arrange accommodation and travel arrangements
• Assist in ad hoc projects when required

 Requirement 

• Diploma or above
• 1-3 years working experience in Japanese companies preferred
• Good Command of English and Mandarin.
• Japanese Speaking is required (Passed JLPT N2 or above)
• Well- organized, detail- oriented and proactive
• Immediate available is highly preferable

Work Conditions & Benefits

• Salary: Nego. Depends on exp.
• 5 days work, bonus, transportation allowance
• Location : Kwun Tong
