Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Establish collaborative partnership with global or regional leading brands in digital and travel to extend content reach to more audience 
  • Understand the industry trend of OTAs and airlines in order to formulate and implement the partnership marketing plans and campaigns that are focused in building a differentiating destination brand image and driving the delivery of KPIs
  • Build and manage an effective network and relationship with existing and potential partners
  • Manage existing partnership project and ensure the latest travel information is available to prospective travelers
  • Evaluate  different OTAs and airlines, and explore new partnership opportunities which can help HKTB to meet their respective business goals
  • Liaise with Content Marketing team to expand content distribution, and re-purpose/tailor made content for different partners
  • Promote HK’s destination awareness and signature events with tactical partnership promotions
  • Liaise with departments / regional offices to ensure the plans and campaigns meet with the market needs; developing new marketing plans by helping to translate global strategies to locally relevant implementation plans

Requirements

  • University degree holder preferably in Marketing/ Communications or related disciplines
  • At least 10 years experience in Marketing and Digital or related fields
  • Working experience in OTAs or travel related companies would be an advantage
  • An aggressive and creative business driver with a strong strategic mind 
  • Demonstrated experience in managing large-scale global/regional social digital platform and marketing campaigns
  • Experience in developing and managing large scale strategic alliances and partnership
  • Excellent communication skills with fluency in English and Chinese
  • Strong relationship building and negotiation skills, ability to manage multiple stakeholders and establish win-win partnership
  • Ability to work independently with strong leadership skills
