This position is specifically for the Economics practice line for Asia.  The Economics team provides feasibility studies, strategy and positioning, economic market and financial assessments for a wide range of development and infrastructure projects.  These projects range from single buildings to entire new cities, from urban regeneration to theme park attractions.  The particular focus of this position is Leisure and Culture market sector which includes hospitality, entertainment, real estate, resorts and recreation projects in Asia.  Range of work includes market analysis, due diligence, feasibility studies, and other advisory work for leading regional and international real estate / tourism and resort projects.
 
Responsibilities:

• Prepare communications and attractive, clear and insightful presentations to clients in English PPT format.
• Conduct demographics, leisure/tourism and real estate research and analysis.
• Compile and organize research data for presentations.
• Document research analysis into market reports.  

Minimum Requirements: 

• Native or Near Native English communication and writing skills are highly desirable
• 2 and more years of relevant experience in roles requiring a high level of written communications and report writing
• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Journalism, Communications, Economics, Tourism/Hospitality,
• Real Estate or Property related disciplines.  Masters Degree is preferred.
• Good Mandarin Chinese communication skills preferred, but not required.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Analytical, detail-oriented, enthusiastic and outgoing nature. A strong sense of commitment, a willingness to learn more and a desire to work in a dynamic team environment.
