Job Responsibilities:

• Assist customer on trip planning in which including fare quotations and hotel reservations
• Prepare Customer quotation using the Company’s operating platforms
• Provide support and solutions for ad-hoc issues from customers
• Show passion in developing own career and understanding in providing great Customer Services

Requirements:

• At lease 1 year work experience in travel / customer services / Aviation related industry 
• Good organization, Interpersonal and Communications skills, able to work independently, fast learner
• Experience in Ticketing at Call Center, Travel, Airport, Airline would be a plus
• Ability to work independently and strong in problem solving skills
• Passionate in Customer Services, self-motivated and love to connect with people
