Job Description
Responsibilities:
• Prepare and produce all Thai dishes
• Maintain a high standard of food quality
• Recommend new dishes and arrange food promotion to meet customer's expectation
• Carry out miscellaneous duties in the kitchen
Requirements :
• Some work experience in hotel/clubhouse/catering industry
• Knowledge of Thai cuisine
• Knowledge of HACCP
• Immediately available
