Responsibilities:

- Ensure that any changes, which could affect our handling of the airline contracts, are immediately relayed to the management
- Monitoring and handling the meal order uplifting as per customer required
- Perform the pre-meal, initial and additional meal order handling
- Flight schedule & movement information handling
- Answer telephone calls and inform responsible personnel
- Monitor the use and operate the paging of walkie-talkies system
- Liaise with kitchen regarding flight delay and menu change
- Provide a supporting to transport team as required
- 5 working days a week and shift duty may required

Requirements:

- Degree holder, with qualification in Transportation / Logistics / Aviation Management is a plus
- One year or above working experience, experience in aviation industry is an advantage
- Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese (Mandarin)
- Good computer literate, including MS Office
