Job Description
Responsibilities:
˙ Conduct factory inspection in accordance with company standard
˙ Assist in raw material receiving & Finished product quality control
˙ Perform on-site sampling in food production center and shops
˙ Conduct checking and testing of raw materials and final products
˙ Perform equipment calibration
˙ Assist in developing, maintaining and monitoring of HACCP and ISO 22000 system
˙ Assist in developing and maintaining of quality related documents (Product Profile, SOPs, etc.)
˙ Carry out ad-hoc duties as specified by the superiors
Requirement:
˙ Higher Diploma holder or above in Food Science or related discipline.
˙ 1 year relevant experience or above
˙ Basic knowledge on GMP, HACCP and ISO 22000 system
˙ Basic knowledge in using Excel, Word, Outlook and Chinese typing
˙ Shift duty is required
