Apart from providing quality fresh, fast food and convenient products, the chain provides a wide range of value-added services such as bill payments, mobile cards, ticketing, and pick-up services to meet customers' convenience needs. To cope with their rapid business development, they are inviting energetic and high-caliber individuals to join their team.

Job Responsibilities

•          Drive and implement business strategies to build the categories for the Company
•          To negotiate and work with vendors to build mutually beneficial relationships to ensure long term strategic partnership, leading to lower costs and higher margin
•          Establish and maintain effective margin and price controls which maximize business profits
•          To work closely with retail and sales management to ensure that store layouts, promotions and display techniques are effective in maximizing sales and profit from the specific merchandise categories
•          To liaise with Marketing Department about developing an attractive and interesting promotional events which follow pre-agreed selling plan
•          To assist in managing stock levels and mark-downs to ensure that product availability is high

Job requirments

•          Degree or above in Food Science or related disciplines
•          Minimum 6-8 years experience in FMCG, food industry or catering services with sound experience in product development and category management metrics/ technique
•          Understand local retail market and experience in trade / business negotiation
•          Strong negotiation skills with good analytical mind and business acumen
•          Creative, detail minded with excellent communication skills and can work independently
•          Self-motivated, be able to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines
•          Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese
•          Knowledge on quality and hygiene system, e.g. HACCP, ISO 9001, ISO14001, OHSAS18001, ISO22000 is an advantage
