Junior Cook 初级厨师
- Follow the prep list created by chefs to plan duties 根据厨师事先准备的清单计划任务和职责
- Label and stock all ingredients on shelves so they can be organized and easily accessible为了整齐和让人易于辨认,把所有材料标签好后再放到柜内
- Measure ingredients and seasonings to be used in cooking量度煮食所需要的材料和调味料份量
- Prepare cooking ingredients by washing and chopping vegetables, cutting meat etc.准备好煮食材料(洗菜、切菜和切肉等)
- Undertake basic cooking duties such as reducing sauces, parboiling food etc. 负责基本煮食(例如减小酱汁和把材料煮至半熟)
- Prepare simple dishes such as salads, entrees etc. 制作简单菜式(例如沙拉和前菜等)
- Maintain a clean and orderly kitchen by washing dishes, sanitizing surfaces, taking out trash etc. 保持厨房清洁和整洁,定时洗碗、消毒桌子及收集垃圾
- Ensure all food and other items are stored properly确保所有食物及其他物品妥善收存
