Senior Cook 高级厨师

• Set up and stocking stations with all necessary supplies准备及补充所有需要的物资在厨房
• Prepare food for service (e.g. chopping vegetables, butchering meat, or preparing sauces) 准备好食物（例如切菜、切肉或调制酱汁）
• Cook menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff 和其他厨房员工合作烹调菜单上的菜式
• Answer, report and follow executive or sous chef’s instructions 跟从行政主厨或副行政主厨的指示
• Clean up station and take care of leftover food清理厨房及厨余
• Stock inventory appropriately 恰当地管理库存                        
• Ensure that food comes out simultaneously, in high quality and in a timely fashion 确保菜式高质量而快捷地送上给客人
• Comply with nutrition and sanitation regulations and safety standards 遵守营养和卫生守则及安全标准
• Maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers and customers以专业积极的态度对待同事和客人
