• Prepare tables with special attention to sanitation and order 符合卫生标准和按次序铺好餐桌
• Attend to customers upon entrance 主动接待来访客人
• Present menus and help customers select food/beverages 向客人介绍及推销餐厅饮品/食物
• Take/serve orders and answer questions or make recommendations for other products负责点菜和传菜, 回答客人问题或向客人介绍餐厅其他产品
• Collaborate with other restaurant servers and kitchen/bar staff 和其他餐厅服务生及厨房/酒吧同事合作
• Deal with complaints or problems with a positive attitude 以良好态度处理客人投诉
