Responsibilities: 

• Handle the day-to-day purchasing activities according to the company policy and procedure
• Coordinate and liaise with authorized vendors
• Work out the competitive offer through tender method
• Assess and evaluate new supplier’s performance meets company requirement.
• Maintain “Purchasing Role” in SAP MM System
• Coordinate with suppliers for stock availability, lead time and delivery in a timely manner
• Execute the Purchase Orders. Follow-up order confirmations, delivery, call-off changed and cancelled
• Create and maintain the product specification in the system
• Work closely with respective departments on the product specification and usability
• Source new products and collect samples for evaluation upon user’s request
• Deal with price/invoice discrepancy.
• Maintains and organize department documents in best practices
• Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor
• Take ad hoc duty during the absence of associates 

Requirements: 

• Diploma holder or above or equivalent
• At least 3 years relevant working experience preferably in Food & Beverage industry
• High initiatives, self-motivated and can work independently
• Effective communication and organization skills
• Proficiency in both written & spoken English & Chinese
• Computer literate and proficient in MS Application
• Immediate available is highly preferred
