Requirements

• Degree/Associate Degree in Hospitality Management or related disciplines
• 4 years or above relevant experience in guest service and front desk support
• Solid experience in hotel operation with at least 2 years as supervisory role
• Prior exposure in serving premium guests would be a great advantage
• Self-motivated, customer-focused, energetic and strong communication skills
• Good command of spoken and written English, Mandarin is a plus
• Less experience will be considered as Senior Guest Service Officer
• Immediate available is a definite advantage
  

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent and consistent level of service to premium members and guests
• Assist in monitoring the team to maximize service quality and guests’ satisfaction
• Responsible for cross-level coordination on resolving issues and guest’s requests
• Ensure all interactions and enquiries are handled in a professional and tactfully manner
• Prepare monthly evaluation and analysis reports to improve service excellence
