Barista/ Server

• Provide impeccable customer service. Efficient and personal service to each customer
• Be extremely punctual, tidy and clean in appearance
• Educate customers on all of our products. Support a positive work environment
• Maintain high quality and consistent product standards, Cup and taste coffee regularly to maintain familiarity with product and quality standards
• Work in a small team to prepare and serve beverages and some food items from the coffee bar
• Stay current with Elephant Grounds. Offerings through cuppings and information provided to you by your Lead Barista, Location Manager, and the Training Department
• Dial in and serve a variety of coffees in a variety of different brewing methods including but not limited to: espresso, pour over, and cold brew
• Accurately process transactions in the POS system

Chef de Partie/ Cook

Job Responsibilities

• Preparing and making of all products
• Maintain smooth operation in the Hot Kitchen
• Ensure the quality standards and procedures are in line with Company rules and regulations
• Maintain high standards of kitchen hygiene

Requirements

• At least 2 years relevant experience
• Be a good team player, creative, good interpersonal and communication skills
• Hygiene course holder preferable
• Must hold a valid Hong Kong ID or work permit
• Candidates with less experience will be considered
