To oversee the reservations and tour operations for wholesale and leisure accounts and to manage the onsite services to ensure the smooth running and delivery so that client expectations are exceeded. To manage clients and suppliers and maintain excellent relationships with all business partners.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage a small team of reservation staff, airport representatives and tour guides

- Respond to enquiries and prepare creative proposals for leisure and group series

- Manage on site services and resources when the business is confirmed and to ensure that all services delivered exceed client expectations.

- Manage and hold the emergency/operations phone after hours

- Handle all accounting matters including costings, account reconciliation, profit and loss margin and follow accounting procedures for business handled by the Leisure Manager, both with clients and suppliers.

- Liaise between clients and suppliers and ensure the service delivered by suppliers meets with company service standards.

Required Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in tourism or hospitality is preferable

- Minimum of 4 years work experience in the travel and tourism industry in a similar position

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills with both clients and suppliers

- Experience managing a team 

- Excellent written and spoken English is mandatory

- Spoken Cantonese is preferable

- Ability to work independently and without supervision

- Networking ability with business partners in industry

- Experience of living and/or studying abroad is beneficial and highly regarded

- Knowledge of Hong Kong tourism products

- Proficient in MS Office
