We are recruiting a Group Chef to oversee 4 outlets and production kitchens.

Responsibilities will include;

• Continual training and development of kitchen staff

• Ensure food production is to a high standard and consistency

• Develop and modify menus on an ongoing basis • Enforcement of strict hygiene standards in line with Hong Kong Govt. requirements.

• Recruit and manage kitchen staff across multiple venues

• Respond to and address customer complaints

• Source cost effective suppliers to continually reduce costs

• Manage kitchen inventory levels to prevent wastage and over-ordering

• Oversee and supervise efficient kitchen ordering with junior kitchen staff

• Ensuring food production of dishes is authentic and true to origins across Western and Asian cuisines.

• Develop and launch additional production and restaurant kitchens across Hong Kong as the Group continues to expand.

Requirements:

You will come from a background with multi-outlet kitchen management with a hands-on approach.

You will be versatile and able to adapt to situations that present themselves while working in confined spaces at times under pressure.

You will have a strong knowledge of Western grill kitchens, South-East and North Asian cuisines.

You will have a minimum of 8 years’ experience and most importantly you are a cook by trade with a passion to create dishes that are top class each and every time.
