Responsibilities

• Provide high quality and professional service to VIP
• Assist the Senior Manager to handle complaints and concerns in professional manner
• Manage and assist in all operations of VIP lounge and perform general nursing duties when needed
• Assist to manage and update the database in Clinic Solution system
• Perform ad hoc project as required

Requirements

• HKCEE/HKDSE or above
• 1-2 years of working experience, preferably in airline or hotel industry
• Proficiency in MS office applications
• Good command in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Customer-oriented, with good communication and problem-solving skills
• Willing to learn, mature and good interpersonal skill
• Immediate available is highly preferred
