Job Description
Responsibilities
- Provide high quality and professional service to VIP
- Assist the Senior Manager to handle complaints and concerns in professional manner
- Manage and assist in all operations of VIP lounge and perform general nursing duties when needed
- Assist to manage and update the database in Clinic Solution system
- Perform ad hoc project as required
Requirements
- HKCEE/HKDSE or above
- 1-2 years of working experience, preferably in airline or hotel industry
- Proficiency in MS office applications
- Good command in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
- Customer-oriented, with good communication and problem-solving skills
- Willing to learn, mature and good interpersonal skill
- Immediate available is highly preferred
